Daisy Hutchinson
Daisy qualified in 2003 with Charles Russell in London, after which she joined Claire's team at Penningtons (and latterly Thomas Eggar) before forming CH-R Family Solicitors with Claire in 2013. She has 20 years experience of working with high net worth clients, including international clients.
Daisy has a wealth of experience in advising clients in relation to divorce proceedings, including the financial aspects and dealing with any issues that might arise in relation to children when a couple separate. Daisy is valued by her clients for the calm approach she adopts, and her willingness to do her utmost to achieve the best possible outcome. Daisy shares Claire's aim of providing an excellent service to clients, taking their individual needs into account. Daisy frequently receives referrals from current and former clients, as well as from other professionals.
Daisy's focus is always on resolving matters constructively and amicably, and frequently refers cases to mediation or alternative forms of dispute resolution where appropriate. However, if a case needs resolution via the courts Daisy's advice is robust and practical, and always focussed on getting the best possible outcome for her clients.
